Does the plan fit before the deadline?
Project size scales the typical time for each standard task, including ones already on your list. Anything you finish outside site hours goes into the walls cracked.
Fills your build list with typical tasks for your project size. Delete anything you don't need.
Save this project and start a fresh one. Each new project gets the next building. Open a saved project any time to pick up where you left off.
Or start from a template:
Keep a copy of every project: download a backup now and then, or use one to move everything to another computer.
Projects are saved in this browser.
This sends as a link. On a laptop, scan the code with your phone camera. On a phone, copy the link and open it on your laptop.
It's a copy, not a live sync. Changes on one device don't reach the other. Send a fresh link whenever you switch, and the newer copy replaces the older one.
Anyone with the link can see this project. Use labels like “Project A” instead of client names. The project is packed inside the link itself, so Time Frame doesn't store it on a server.
How long?
Nothing left to build. Add a task first, then come back to focus on it.
Finished the task? Log the real time and it goes on the building:
Break time
Stand up, drink some water, look at something far away. The timer brings you back.
